In extremely exceptional cases beyond the will and control of AdB, it may not be possible to issue within 48 hours the plane tickets for confirmed bookings with the label "open status", as well as the other cases where, prior communication to the Client, further checks on the received booking are necessary.
AdB reserves the right to check the personal data and credit card holder's name, requiring a copy of the ID, passport and credit card.In such cases AdB shall have to promptly inform the Client and provide for, whenever possible, the issuing of an equivalent plane ticket to the one requested, or else agree with the Client on an alternative solution.

Can there be a rise in the ticket fare?
The fare found on the day of the booking request may no longer be available. The online ticketing service of AdB will offer the passenger another fare available for booking, if present.
