The airport management company is responsible for the design and development of airport infrastructure, centralized services and subcontracting of commercial activities, as well as coordinating and monitoring the performance of the various companies that operate at the airport.

In addition to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, Bologna Airport also applies the following Management System Certifications:

• Safety Management System in compliance with OHSAS 18001;
• Energy Management System UNI EN ISO 50001.
