ITAIR-ISAC - Italian Airports information Sharing and Analysis Centre
ITAIR ISAC (Information Sharing and Analysis Centre) is a 24-months project coordinated by Assaeroporti, beneficiary together with SEA – Aeroporti di Milano, Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna, SACBO – Aeroporto di Bergamo, SAGAT- Aeroporto di Torino, ENAV e IDS AirNav.
The project aims at developing resilience solutions to potential cyber threats in the airport sector and it is co-funded by European Union with programme “Connecting Europe Facility 2014-2020”.
The ISAC will act as a focal point and will provide a central resource for gathering information on cyber threats, allowing two-way sharing of information between the private and the public sector about root causes, incidents and threats, as well as sharing experience, knowledge and analysis.
The ISAC will also foster cooperation and communication among members and the development of professional relationships between sector experts, with the aim of identifying in a preventive way possible cyber attacks, further improving the response speed and increasing the capacity to contain and fight cybercrime.
