Free access for health workers plus a companion is accorded simply by showing the Lounge staff a valid professional ID.
On 1st July Marconi Lounge will reopen to passengers after Covid-19 emergency giving a tribute to health workers who struggled against the outbreak on the front lines. “You Care, We Thank” – this is the catch phrase that will appear on the socials and the Airport’s monitors to promote the initiative.
But this is not enough. Bologna Airport is also launching a promotional offer for all the passengers who will purchase an entrance to MBL through the Airport’s website or directly at the Lounge. A special 50% discount on parking will be accorded in combination with the lounge service. In this case, all passengers – not only health workers – can enjoy the special offer, valid for all available parking until 30th September. Passengers can report directly to MBL staff to benefit by the parking discount.
Marconi Lounge will therefore reopen with its usual exclusive and outstanding services and all necessary steps have been taken to grant the utmost health safety.
Besides enhanced cleaning, the number of seats has been reduced to grant guests proper distance, buffet service was replaced by bar service with an operator and newspapers are offered when registering in the lounge.
The Lounge will be open every day from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
